Where do you deliver?

We are based in North Peoria, but happily service the entire valley! Delivery fees range from $30-$150 depending on your party location. If you live in Northern or Southern Arizona, please reach out to us, we would love to help accommodate you for an additional travel fee.

When do you set up and pick up?

We set up the inflatable and rentals about 2 hours prior to your event start time. We will contact you the day before with a more exact drop off time. We pick up the rentals the same day, after your event is over. We pick up no later than 9pm.

Which payment methods do you accept?

There is a non-refundable $50 deposit due at the time of booking to reserve your party date. The deposit is applied towards the total of your rental. Payment is due in full at the time of your rental delivery. We accept most forms of payment including cash, credit and debit cards, venmo, cashapp, and apple pay. If paying in cash, please have the exact change due as our delivery team does not carry cash.

Will the rental be clean?

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our rentals. All inflatables and party rentals are washed and sanitized after each use. We space out our bookings to allow for proper cleaning between events.

What surfaces work best for set up?

We offer set up on a variety of surfaces including grass, turf, concrete, pavers, sports courts or inside a venue or house. We do not set up on rocks or gravel in an effort to protect the material of our inflatables.

Do you have a weather or cancellation policy?

Life happens, we totally get that! If you need to change your plans and postpone your event, don't stress. We ask that you let us know no later than 7am on the day of your event and we will hold the deposit fee and reschedule your rental for any future date. Our number 1 priority is the safety of you and your party guests. Please keep in mind that we do reserve the right to cancel any rentals due to rain and/or wind speeds greater than 12mph.

Do you offer any discounts?

Renting again for another event? All returning customers will receive 10% off their next rental with us!

Did you refer a friend to us? Thank you for helping our business grow! You will automatically receive 15% off your next rental.

What is the Party Foul charge?

Each rental includes a full clean and sanitation after each use to ensure it is in prime condition for the next event. Should you pull the ultimate party foul and return our rentals with excessive dirt/grime/party decor mess/etc, you will be charged $250 for additional cleaning.

If it requires repairs from an outside vendor, the renter will be held responsible for those charges.
